Uniting the strengths of what was formerly known as the Career and Professional Development Center along with Business Career Services in the David Eccles School of Business, we have emerged as a new department committed to delivering career services unmatched by any other university in the nation.

BCS, CPDC, and expanded services and combined to create U Career Success.

We are extending our reach by embedding career coaches in diverse colleges across campus, amplifying our impact and accessibility. Currently, we are embedded in the following colleges/departments:

  • Departments of Political Science, Sociology, and Criminology

  • Colleges or departments that we have coordinated with to hire at least one career coach with experience and knowledge that will specifically benefit the students in this area. The college, coach and U Career Success collaborate together to develop programs and events to ensure maximum student success.
