A Campus Commitment to Internships

In 2018, President Ruth Watkins introduced the "Clearing the Path Report", a strategic student success agenda which emphasized a campus-wide commitment to increasing internships that connect a students' classroom learning to external settings.

“Engaging our students with real-world experiences instills the university’s collaborative character as their own and empowers them to realize and master their unique passions, skills and talents in service of a more positive future for our state, society and world.”
