We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Customer Service and Banking
In this position, you will be taking incoming calls from existing and potential cardholders. You will answer questions about the cardholders’ account or Discover Financial Services as well as selling Discover products.
AM / PM Full and Flex-time shifts available
Marketing Services
In this position, you will be taking inbound or making outbound calls to existing card members and offering balance transfers from other credit cards to Discover Card, as well as selling Discover products.
AM / PM Flex and Part-Time shifts available
Card Member Assistance
In this position you will be negotiating payment arrangements with card members on their accounts.
AM / PM Full, Flex and Part time shifts available
