We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Customer Service and Banking (Lake Park)
In this position, you will be taking incoming calls from existing and potential cardholders. You will answer questions about the cardholders’ account or Discover Financial Services as well as use your negotiation skills to retain product enrollments.
PM Full time shifts available
Marketing Services (Lake Park)
In this position, you will be making outbound calls to existing card members and offering balance transfers from other credit cards to Discover Card, as well as selling various products.
AM and PM Flex and Part-Time shifts available
New Accounts (Lake Park)
You will be reviewing credit card applications to determine if applicants qualify to have a Discover Card account. You will also be reviewing existing accounts to determine if card members qualify for a higher line of credit and then calling those card members to promote using the account.
PM Full and Flex time shifts available
Card Member Assistance Account Manager (Sandy)
In this position you will be negotiating payment arrangements with card members on their accounts.
