• Why did you choose Enterprise for your career?  I did an internship for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a couple years and I saw many people getting promoted and growing within their career.  I chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car because I know that if I work hard I can become very successful. 

 

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years with Enterprise?  In 5 years I see myself becoming an Accounting Supervisor or having a Business Management position. 

 

• How would you best describe an Enterprise person?  Someone who is very motivated, successful, career driven and has lots of fun.

 

• What clubs/organizations were you involved with on campus? Hispanic Business Student Association, American Marketing Association.

 

• Why did you choose Enterprise for your career? For the growth opportunities available to us in such a short time.

 

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years with Enterprise? If all goes well, I’ll be in my first area manager position here in Utah.

 

• How would you describe your job to your family and friends?  I would describe my job to friends and family as a place where I can really grow. We work hard for what we get, but in the end, we leave with a sense of accomplishment. At Enterprise, we are given the opportunity to decide our own fate with the company. If you strive to succeed, you can…it’s as simple as that.

• Why did you choose Enterprise for your career? It is a great place to launch your career. There are endless opportunities to get promoted. Great benefits. They treat their employees awesome. They are also a national company, which is great if you want to move.

 

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years with Enterprise? Branch Manager

 

• What do you need to be successful at Enterprise? To be successful at Enterprise you need to be very motivated. It takes hard work 100% of the time. You also need to be an outgoing person who enjoys working with people, even the difficult ones.

 

• Why did you choose Enterprise for your career?  A recruiter suggested it

 

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years with Enterprise?  Group Rental Manager

 

• What do you need to be successful at Enterprise?  Motivation and direction.  Nothing is given to you in this company, but there are unlimited opportunities when you commit yourself to the company.
