Open to all University of Utah students, they must be a sophomore, junior or senior with a GPA of at least 3.4 or a compelling resume and a strong work ethic.

Finance EXPERIENTIAL & INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • Week on Wall Street – As any successful business professional will attest, there is no substitute for practical experience. And where better to gain real-world experience in finance than New York City? Each summer, about 12 David Eccles School of Business finance majors take a week-long visit to the indisputable hub of worldwide financial activity – New York City!
  • Student Investment Fund - The Student Investment Fund provides undergraduate students at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah with "hands on" investment experience. Students participating in the Fund manage a real portfolio of exchange-listed stocks, bonds, and money market investments. Students perform both individual and group research projects, learn about various analytical techniques, and make presentations before leading finance practitioners.
